  • What Payment methods do you accept?
    We offer variety of payment methods for your convenience, including debit/credit cards, PayPal, American Express, and Gift Cards. The ‘Accepted Payments’ page has all the information you need.
  • Do you have a store where I can purchase your products?
    We currently do not have a store which customers can visit, collect orders from or return orders to.
  • Is it possible to place an order over the phone?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept phone orders. However, you can contact our customer service team for any questions you may have.
  • Do you offer discounts or promotions?
    Occasionally, we do offer discounts. It will be specified on our pages and on social media.
  • Do you offer Gift Cards?
    Yes, to purchase a gift card please visit our Gift Card page.
  • How do you ensure timely deliveries around the country?
    We use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service for our shipping orders. The Royal Mail’s Special Delivery is the most premium delivery service in terms of security and timely deliveries. Their delivery services are completely insured. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. However, if you want to place an order on an urgent basis, please contact our main number or message our what’s app number +447493896863. Standard delivery – 3 to 5 days Express delivery – 1 to 2 days
  • Do you ship overseas?
    Yes, we do. If orders are placed outside the UK mainland, you may incur additional costs because of the volatility of interest rates and additional card charges. These are outside our control and we cannot provide any estimates in respect of orders from outside the UK mainland.
  • What about Import duties?
    For any orders shipping outside UK mainland, you shall be responsible for any taxes or custom duties applicable. As customs vary from country to country, unfortunately we can’t advise on these charges, and would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
  • How will I know when my order has been shipped?
    You will receive an email from dispatch with a tracking number once your order has been shipped by our team.
  • How do I track my order?
    A tracking number will be provided in your email once you place an order. You can track your order by entering your tracking number on Royal Mail’s ‘Track and Trace’ page.
  • Do I need to sign for delivery?
    All our orders are shipped through special delivery services. Therefore, your proof of identity and signature are required for receiving delivery.
  • Where do you ship from?
    All orders are shipped from London.
  • Is there a possibility of return or exchange?

  • How long do you take to make new bespoke Items?
    This can take up to 6 weeks.
  • Can I exchange my bespoke Items?
    Please note, bespoke orders are non-exchangeable/non-refundable.
  • Are all of your items Hallmarked?
    All our Gold ranges from 21ct and wights more than 1gm therefore, it is a legal requirement for an Assay Office to hallmark our items.
